Jammed shut after 2 months I had owned the lockbox for 2 months, used it 15 - 20 times, and then the black piece that you slide down to open it jammed up. The numbers could still turn but the black piece wouldn't move. Called Master Lock and they said to call a locksmith.

Careful with the screwsSo after forgetting my keys for the 2nd time, I purchased this item. I've always trusted the Master Lock brand, and to me, have always produced quality products. This product is solid as expected, but I was quite surprised how easily the screws striped when I put them in.. Yes, I predrilled the holes.. I had to remove 3 of the 4 screws and used my own screws to get it to mount on the wall..

Good Men! Helps my independence!These "men" are all they are cracked up to be! I have moved a 4 drawer filing cabinet, queen bed set, sideboard, roll-top desk, office desk and hutch, couches, dressers, and bookcases with my 8-piece set and have not had to wait until someone was available to help me!
