Great lampI've had mine for five or six years with no problems at all (original bulb). Heavy, stable base, clean light that's perfect for reading or intricate work, adjustable head for getting that 'ideal' lighting angle. very useful stripI like these because the various placements of the plugs allow for many adapters. I use them in sound work. My only suggestions would be a longer cord and a little tougher construction. Very pleased.

Worked for my needsMy Rat Zapper worked well for mice in my shed. Very dead mouse the very next day and very easy to load food and dispose of my dead mouse. The only problem with any trap, however, as I have discovered, is that mice are surprisingly quick learners and within a night or two, they learn to stay away from things that have killed their buddies. I didn't need the Zapper long enough to see how this principle affected the efficacy of the Zapper because I also got the Johnny-Come-Lately bright idea to spray ammonia around the foundation of my shed. I later began to hear scratching sounds in the walls of my house. Did they upgrade their home? So I sprayed ammonia around the foundation of the house and the scratching quickly went away. So I'd recommend a combination of the Rat Zapper to catch a specific mouse or two and ammonia or pepper spray for the more systemic problem. Good luck. Little mice can cause a ton of damage.
