2 story ladder will not work with wall thicker than 10 inches (at widest point)The description on the Amazon website says it will fit walls 6 inches to 13 inches thick. This is not true for the 2-story ladder. The widest the ladder can open is 10 inches, as correctly reported in one of the prior reviews. The instructions included with the ladder also say the maximum thickness is 10 inches. If the wall is 10 inches thick, the ladder will likely not work, either, since it probably won't hang right. In order to hang as shown in the picture, the wall can only be 9 inches thick. Measure the thickest part of your wall including interior and exterior sills. If you have a brick house, the ladder likely will not work. My wall was 12 inches, and the ladder cannot reach around it. Otherwise, it looked well-made.

Best drill I ever ownedVery light, very strong. Other manufactures can not compete. Home Depot sells the drill-only version for the same price as the combo on Amazon. I like this waaayy better than the Makita 14.4V I owned before.
Batteries hold a charge no matter how long I keep them in my trunk in the freezing MI weather, and they charge in about 30 min. The battery indicator is SWEET! Be the talk of your buddies! Hit the button on the battery and it tells you how much juice you got left, which is very important when using LithIon batteries.
Oh and the case is nice too, fits everything perfectly- nothing slides around.
I only wish the drill came with a tool belt loop like the impact does, and that the impact came with a bit holder like the drill does.

Quality piece of merchandiseSo far so good! I've had this thing for several months and I'm pleased with it. It fits in my backpack (though it needs the large compartment) and it keeps my laptop cool to the touch. Unlike other cheaper models I've burned through quickly, it seems quite robust, both in terms of the solid hardware and in the easy-to-use USB cord connecting it up. Someone else mentioned the way it feels on his/ her lap, saying that it pokes a bit. I haven't noticed that, but I have noticed that it scratches my desktop. The back has a piece of metal that comes right down and has left quite visible marks on my desktop. (I finally got a cover for the desk which solves the problem.) This minor annoyance aside, I'm quite happy with the device and I fully recommend it. Just be aware!
