Everything They Said It Would BeI've taken 2 months to test out this battery pack and it works superbly. It charges nicely and holds the charge very well. I get just as many photos/videos from it as from the standard Panasonic battery pack that I switch it off with. I ordered 2 and they're both excellent backup battery packs. So far I haven't had any trouble with either one of them. I haven't been disappointed with them at all.
I take bird and wildlife photos so oftentimes I set up my camera and hold the focus for a few minutes waiting for the shot I want. This can be rough on batteries but these Lenmars are holding up very well to the abuse I give them. During this very busy time of year, I often take a few hundred photos a day and these batteries haven't failed me yet.
DisappointedThis battery does not work in my Panasonic Lumix camera. Is it a dud battery or is it because it is not a "Panasonic" brand? I can't say.
Didn't Fit My Panasonic FZ35Amazon implies, and several reviewers have stated, that this battery works with the Panasonic FZ35. However, the one I received was too large and would not fit into the camera.
Did not work for meGiven the exemplary reviews this product has received from most others, my review must come as a disappointment. I might have received a lemon but this is what happened. Unfortunately, I was about to travel and so ordered this one as a back up to the original panasonic battery for my dmc fz-35 camera. Since I was traveling I missed out on the 30 day return window and so now am stuck with it. Attempts to exercise the warranty from Lenmar turns out to be more expensive than a brand new one (the price has dropped 5 dollars since I got it in April 2010) and so I did precisely that. Ordered a new one and am still in the process of testing this one out. Back to the problem with the first one. It charged well and held charge too. No issues with that. But when I put in the battery and turn my camera on, the camera begins to act funny. Keeps zooming in and out on its own, turns off abruptly and sometimes, when it is still on and I try to take pictures, it clicks but then the picture is nowhere to be found and the review image is replaced with a question mark. Just to be sure the issue was with the battery and not the camera, I try again with the original panasonic battery and everything works well. So, it must be the battery, right? I don't exactly know what might be the defect with the battery that is making my camera act funny but I would certainly appreciate feedback from anyone who does. So, in a nutshell, I am not satisfied with the product I received.
Good Battery; Good BuyValue for money, works just fine. Felt the charging time is a notch more but then guess its okay for the price. Have charged it twice and so far no issues...
