Does the jobI can't add much to the reviews already written. The UV filter gives the protection you need and accomplishes what it is supposed to do, cut out the UV.

Works perfectlyNot a lot to say, it is a UV lens filter. I have used Tiffen filters for a couple of years now no complaints and Amazon has good pricing.
Well constructed, fits perfectlyLike all Tiffen filters this one is well constructed and fits perfectly. I've found that it can cause some glare if you aren't using a lens hood.
WorthlessThis filter is not coated, and the reflections are awful. It wasn't worth returning it, so I use it as a lens cap and take it off to shoot pictures. I got a Hoya coated filter and it was well worth the extra money.
