| CCR music CDThe very best in classic rock. There is no music produced today that will come close to the inspirating music produced in the 70's, 80's, and 90's. The written word set to music was superb during this era.
Awesome stupendous fantasticSome of the finest music ever performed in the English language. Straight up rock and roll genius.
Very goodAdd "Born On The Bayou" and "The Midnight Special" from Vol. 2 and take out "Commotion," "I Heard it Through the Grapevine," "Sweet Hitchhiker," and "Someday Never Comes" from this collection, and you would have the perfect CCR disc.
Excellent! This is a great GOLD CD, and I do mean Gold! I was a moderate fan of CCR in the 60s and 70s, but THIS is really the exception to all exceptions. Being it was recorded on Gold, the sound is so clear you will be shocked and stunned. It has every hit and more that CCR had. Don't miss it!
relatively happy...happy with the source and shipping. not as many top hits as i thought per my wife's opinion. not the seller's fault.

Amazon.comFew bands of the 1960s retained as much a sense of the roots of rock and roll as did Creedence Clearwater Revival. Their music is rife with country, rockabilly, and R&B influences, a combination that produced several hit singles--most of which are present on this collection. These include "I Heard It through the Grapevine," "Lodi," "Up Around the B ," "Who'll Stop the Rain," and of course "Bad Moon Rising." This is an excellent greatest-hits collection, and a perfect introduction to the music of a band that has been enduringly influential. --Genevieve Williams Read more...
